Hi, I’m Antonia “Ant”, the heart behind Ant Bites Cafe & Bakery.

I created Ant Bites as a place where good food, fresh baked goods, and genuine hospitality come together. I’ve always loved bringing people together around a table, and I wanted to create a café that feels warm, welcoming, and a little bit like home.

Located in the heart of downtown Tarpon Springs, Ant Bites is my dream brought to life. From breakfast and lunch to freshly baked treats, every detail is thoughtfully chosen with our guests in mind.

Whether you’re stopping in for a cup of coffee, enjoying breakfast with friends, grabbing lunch, or treating yourself to something from our bakery, I hope you feel welcomed the moment you walk through the door.
